Pairing sky card with a new box

    Hi
    I purchased a new sky plus hd box through adverts.ie and I need to pair my card with the new box , however I have two multiroom subs but have not had my phone line connected for about 12 months
    I do have a upc phone line but its not hooked up to any of the boxes
    If I phone sky to pair the card will it draw attention to the fact that I dont have a phone line or will they just pair it without asking any questions ?

    It depends on who you get on the phone, some operators will request a callback but alot dont so you mite be lucky.

    I did one for my parents recently.. and no problem even though neither of the 2 boxs are attached to a telephone line.

    Same as me, done it couple of months ago, you can also do it over the chat on their help pages, no need to call them, you will need account number, address, etc

    Just got the card paired with the new box , got a really nice guy and didn't require a call-back , thanks for the advice :)
