Tubbercurry,Nearest Hotel?

    Hi,I am heading to Tubbercurry and am wondering where is the nearest Hotel as all I can find are B&B`s?

    Thanks,I tried ringing Murphy`s,No answer and no bookings on the web? Closed for winter? The other I was told not to.I dont mind driving within reason to spend the Saturday evening there and get a Taxi back.

    Murphys might be the same phone number as the Spar. As far as I know they are owned by the same people.
    Other then that I reckon the nearest hotels would be the Coach House, Ballymote or Castle Dargan.

    Yeats County Inn, Curry is just a couple of miles out the Galway road.

    Haggart Lodge is a really lovely B and B although it is in Aclare a few miles outside Tubbercurry. But great food :)

    Some friends stayed in Cawleys back in Nov 2010. They said the food was gorgeous, the staff were lovely but the beds felt damp. It was in November and I suspect the time of year may have been a factor.
