Sky Information banner wont disappear

    Hope I'm not rehashing a question asked recently. Did a search of forum but no joy.

    I have multi-room sky, new HD boxes but don't have HD service.
    My problem effects the non Plus box.
    From time to time, as I browse through channels, a "For Your Information" message banner appears when I go to a non-subscribed channel, with the number 28 on it.

    Sometimes this does not disappear when I browse/move to a standard channel. It just stays. So far, the only way I have successfully got rid of it is to unplug the Sky box, and allow it reset itself. Takes 3-4 mins and is a pain.

    Any help?

    Hold back up button on the box,while holding it plug box out & in again.This should stop this permanently.

    To avoid scrolling through channels you're not subscribed to why not set the 50 you watch most as favourites.Use the services button to access this option.
