    2 things: how long does this system upgrade take? And should I have backed up beforehand? It's been on the upgrade phone recovery screen for nearly 5 hours now. Little bit worried... Htc desire.

    EDIT: Ok, looks like that was the phone in recovery. Got to the boot menu, tried running apply [x]update.zip and the upgrade screen came up, got about half way and then the little red triangle and exclamation mark came up. Will get on to o2 about it tomorrow and post results here.

    Desire HD here on bill pay with emobile. Still no updated pushed through. I rang emobile yesterday and they said that any software updates were entirely up to the discretion of the manufacturer HTC and I should contact them if I have any concerns.Is this true?:confused:

    Have any other emobile bill pay customers received 2.3.5 pushed through the phone?
