    Apple will release minor updates to the iPhone and iPad and the zombie hoard media Tech reviewers will die of hyperboleia.

    There will be a double dip recession which should cause the govt to rethink it's deflationary economic policy (but won't)

    Thousands of people will emigrate, those who stay will face more attacks on our standard of living. Well not everyone, the rich will be protected as usual.

    We'll continue to be praised as the good boys of Europe while being constantly asked to bend over and lube up. Our politicians will fail to see what is obvious to everyone

    We'll have an emergency budget in April [years ago this was always the end of the tax year :)]

    It gets worse over the summer so we have a budget in October and another in December

    It'll be non stop budget talk all year

    AH will be full of threads demanding people march on the Dáil but will someone else organize it for them...

    poorest and most vunerable in our society and current economic climate will have replaced house prices as the most overused phrases in coffee shops around Ireland.
    People say them without knowing what they actually mean. But they hear people on the radio and TV saying them so they just copy
