I've searched everywhere on the internet for this but I can't for the life of me figure it out. I've been trying to update my Samsung Galaxy Tab to Android 3.2 (it's on 3.1) but the update feature on the tab itself only updated to 3.1 and doesn't find any more updates. Am I doing something wrong or is there another way to do it?

The wikipedia page says it's on 3.2 and there's a bunch of articles online about the upgrade which appears to have gone live in November last

They 3.2 update hasn't been released in UK and Ireland yet AFAIK. I've the tab myself and it's a bit of a pain that the update hasn't been released. Until it's released, we are left with the old market and no allshare. (it can be sideloaded but it doesnt work fully)
