I am not familiar with the way of writing and publishing a book in Ireland, because English is not my first language. I am learning how to improve my English standard. I would be grateful if you have any advice or any suggestions with this matter. Many thanks.

I am not too sure as to what you are asking as you have not supplied enough information, is your book already finished, or are you just beginning writing?

What is the subject matter of your book, if we knew that we could break your publishing options up into 2 columns.
