sky handling partners - Dublin Airport

hi does anybody know by any chance which courrier company looks after the delivery of luggages (lost by airlines) to their owners? the Sky Handling Partners hands over the luggages to them, but don't know to which company thanks sf

I know it's Dublin your enquiring about, in Cork it's done by taxi, might be the same for there.
