Archos 70 - A Few Problems

The Archos 70 does not have access to the Android Market when you first get it.

There's an app(arctool) you can download that will give you access to the Market

This seems to happen every so often for me. There were some wireless problems but I think that they were sorted out by updates(changes -http://update.archos.com/8/gen8/changes_firmware_archos_android_gen8.htm)
