I normally use Spot on or some other type of "pour on"for treatment of lice, etc on my heifers.
I find it's becoming increasingly ineffective and wonder if anyone on this forum has some better ideas.

Have to agree, they can be very ineffective. I found that the closer packed the cattle are in the shed the worse the lice is.
Does anyone use them Brushes for the cattle so that they can scratch themselves?

Yeah have a home made scratcher (3 yard brushes on a frame) cattle were going mad for it before I injected them with ivermectin cheapie. Ivermectin seems to have hit the lice on the head.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
