Second ATM card

Would it be normal for a bank to issue a second active ATM card? I will need to give access to my current account to someone else and it would be convenient to just have a second atm card that they could use without having to change the names on the account. Is this even possible?

Knowingly giving a ATM card and pin number to someone other than the account holder is against the t&c of the account.

You would be out of pocket let say if this other party empty the account or if you have 3rd party fraud on the account if they discovered you have done this.

Either add them as a 3rd party to the account or get them to open up an account with the same bank and if they need funds transfer it online and they will have it ASAP.
