What is your ALARM!!!!!?

I can't understand people who have horrible alarm claxon or WEH WEH WEH noises. What a rotten thing to wake up to.

Mine is the lovely sound of the dawn chorus with a nice slow break of tweety chirpy birds that give me a nice soothing eventual wake up.

Of course being unemployed means I just roll over anyway and go back to sleep till I feel ready to get out of my nice warm pitta bread.

However it still works for when I need to be awake early. Tis like the birds themselves come along to dress me a la Snow White then peck at my eyes as the light hits them, a la The Birds.

And twhen I had a job to come home from and a nap to attend to before my exercisings, I would have a motivational wake up jingle like the Lucozade ad

Of course getting up from a nap and getting up from 7 or so hours sleeping are 2 different things, there is no way I would have something like that in the morning. No WAY hose.

I have generic ANNOYING iphone noise. The nokia one was the worst. T think I need an annoying sound.

Yeah I go with the generic WEH WEH WEH noise.everything else sticks in my head and eventually annoys me hearing it.

I used to use the 'Alarm' one on the iPod/iPhone through secondary school. They sometimes use this noise as alarms in films and tv shows and whenever I hear it, it brings me right back to getting up on those cold mornings. Hate that ****ing noise with a passion.

Mines is this voice shouting in a rough East London accent, "Get up you filthy rodent. Get out of bed, you piece you shit, you vermin of the Earth. Life would be so much better without you..." And it goes on like that for about ten minutes and starts up again.

the lucky ones only have to sign on between 2and 4 but would still need the alarm as i would have bein on AH until a quater to stupid

I find that whatever I have set as my alarm, no matter how pleasant - will make my stomach churn upon hearing it once enough time has passed.

So I've given up changing it tbh, I just have some generic mellow type tone set as my alarm which cuts through me like nails on a chalkboard. :-/

I don't like alarms.

I have some kind of chimey thing that builds up slowly. It doesnt shock me out of slumber.
