triax st hd 527 c1 Recording TV

    Hi All,

    I am having an issue recording TV on the above box.

    If i record RTE1 using a external hard drive, i am able to go to any of the uk channels and watch them while it is still recording RTE1. My problem is that i cannot watch any other irish channel such as RTE2 while recording from another irish channel.

    Likewise if i record BBC1, i can view the irish channels but not any of the uk channels.

    That is because the box has one terrestrial tuner and one satellite tuner.

    You can not use one tuner to tune into two channels at the same time.
