10964 H 22000 5/6

Hope this can be added to the tuning guide

- feel a right idiot now...only checked the main sticky before googling off all over the place to get settings when these channels suddenly appeared in TV Guide as fta

Yes, I'm still waiting on the mods to get round to updating the table... It always takes so long, why can't they just let me do it, it would be so much handier...
