Netherlands Efficiency Rating ?

    Hi all

    perhaps anyone can tell me what type of rating they use in the Netherlands for efficiency.

    I know we adopted the l/100km our uk partners still have MPG (uk gallon) and sweden norway have litres per mile.

    But what is it in the Netherlands I cant find anything specific on the net.

    l/100km is the common means of measurement on continental Europe , so i'd imagine that NL is the same

    i have checked and it appears km/l is more prevalent in The Netherlands and Latin America It doesnt look like they use the wider EU method of l/100km

    Officially it's l/100km. But a lot of (older) people still use km/l as in "the car runs 1 on 12" - one litre in 12 km

    A Norwegian and Danish "mile" = 10 km

    I don't think this "mile" is used in Sweden.
