100 days without a fag !

I was asked yesterday how long I was off the smokes, worked out this morning that I had passed the 100 day mark last week, this is about 30 times longer than I have ever managed in the past. I got absolutely plastered last night and in the middle of one of those horribly involved drunken 2am conversations had 4-5 cigarettes back to back

beauty of ecigs is even if you slip up, you can just vape away once you've righted yourself

Hi All
Longest Ive stayed clean for was 6 months. I smoked 20 a day. Now i could go a month without but if i was to have a drink, I could smoke 20 in a couple of hours. Any tricks for getting over the urge apart from cutting out the booze.
