    Dublin Bus route 747.

The 41 (Dublin Bus) will drop you off in Lwr. Abbey St. from which it's a short walk to Busarus.

Edit: 747 looks a better bet, straight to Busarus.

The 747 costs €6 and the 41 Or the 16A costs about €2 in case cost was a factor.

There are also some Bus Éireann services that operate via the airport, however, there won't sell you a ticket to Busáras unless you are travelling further.
