Aib banking Online?

Can I set up one of these inside the bank http://www.aib.ie/personal/online-services/AIB-Internet-Banking or does it have to be done over the phone?:confused:

If you're already an AIB customer just drop into your bank and they'll set it up for you there and then.

Thats grand I wasn't too sure whether you had to do it over the phone or not like.
