firefox flash mx slideshow wordpress

im customizing a theme for a site http://bailieborough.com/bailiehotel/ - basically the slideshow works in the right in IE not in firefox - any clues

I don't see any slideshow in either Safari or Google Chrome....

Flash is dying, lots of smart phones don't have it by default. There are loads of much better jQuery solutions/plugins/widgets that do the job. Google jQuery slideshow/animation.

Just look for slideshow jquery widget on the Wordpress plugin page. Flash is an aful technology outdated now so you should try avoid it, like Java as much as possible. also on your page the slideshow (flash one) is going very fast, put in a few seconds 2-3 sec delay so it isn't flashing too much (flashing imagery not only puts people off but can cause people with Epilepsy etc have a fit sometimes so better be safe than sorry)

Yes it does. It uses JavaScript (JQuery) to do so
