Irish Mortgage Corporation and banks for mortgages

Hello, I don't know if this is the right area for posting this but I was wondering if anyone has had any dealing with "Irish Mortgage Corporation." Would you recommend them? I recently had a meeting with Ulster Bank about getting a mortgage and they offered me a Fixed Rate (2 year) at 4.5%. I don't know much about the…

Hello,

Would you recommend them?

I recently had a meeting with Ulster Bank about getting a mortgage and they offered me a Fixed Rate (2 year) at 4.5%. I don't know much about the market but does this seem a bit steep. Would anyone recommend any serious bank over there?

I've had good experiences with them. They helped me with 3 mortgages and Life Assurance and I was very happy with the outcome of all.
