    Hey folks,
have a rather annoying problem with my UPC HD box. When I am watching programs that I have recorded, sometimes the playback quality is pretty rubbish. It freezes, skips etc making a programme that you were looking forward to unwatchable. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Any idea on how to resolve it. I know I will more than likely have to call UPC about it, but I dont have the patience to hold for an hour and the be told that an engineer will call sometime between January & March...

    Thanks in advance,
    TheShow!:D

It could be a hard disk problem best to call UPC.

These boards are great for advice but when something is broken you need to ring 1908.

YES YES YES This has really pissed me off over the last month,
I was not at home for the Walking Dead on TV so had the first 3 episodes recorded to catch up, sat down last month and Boom !! bad recording.

The only answer is to call 1908 and book a service call. Mine is ok now after a call out.
