okay...I have an idea.....if the inet cafe's ISP put up a proxy...like qizmo for me..I could connect to them and then on to the ip of the machine in the cafe...the pings should be real low......like maybe 50 or 60...and i would also get to BATE HOLIO....can anyone arrange that?...and send me the ip and port of the proxy..and the ip of the server.......dum de dum...
