Convert VHS C to DVD

As above , I have about 30-40 VHS C tapes but don't have anything to view them on as VCR gone years and camera broken... Can anyone tell me where I can get these transferred over to DVD and roughly how much does it cost ? Would there be a cheaper alternative to purchase something to do this myself as I have a lot of them ?…
