Solid Fuel Stove heats radiators, but much warmer in 1st few hours than later

I have a stove in the living room which heats the radiators in the house, well most of them anyway. Some are lukewarm but I am not sure if the whole system needs a looking at or if the stove isn't powerful enough to heat them all to a hot temperature.

Anyway, there are some radiators which, within the 1st couple of hours of getting the fire raging, get nice and hot.

However, I noticed that as the day/night wears on, these rads are not as hot, even if the fire is kept well stocked and raging.

Anyone know of a reason for this?

this is a quess:
is there some thermal loop that clicks in after a while allowing the water to go to all rads later as opposed to just some at start up.

Turn off the hot ones before u start and see what happens the cooler ones

I would think that your sytem is finding its own balance, when you initially heat the system the rads closest to the stove will get hot and the longer the system is on then it will most likely equalise the temperature through the system. The heatloss from the system is more than the stove can match, how well insulated is the property.
