    Ok i hope i can run 2 logs here at once. My other log will keep going but this is an experiment to see if i can slowly make money over a long period. I wont be doing accums like my other log. Singles and doubles all the way. I wont be using real money but if this is a success i will start again with real cash. So going to start with €200 and hopefully get to €1000. Will only be betting on football. Will take all prices from PP.

    Ok first bet is Sunderland at 17/20 at home to Blackburn. Only one reason for this and thats the new manager effect. O Neill will do a decent job up there and should have enough to beat a poor Blackburn.

    Good start but 2 poor teams. Brings me up to €217

    Bet 2 is Malaga 4/7 and Spurs 4/9(dnb) double. Malaga have won 12 of their last 15 at home in all comps. Osasuna with only 1 win in their last 8 on the road. Will be close though.

    Spurs are flying with 10 wins from 11 in the PL. Stoke is always tough tho so going with the dnb option.

    €20 on the double returns €45.40

    And a small €2 on Adebayor fgs at 5/1

    Well no luck in my above 2 bets. 2 more for tonight.

    Maritimo double chance at home to Benfica. Maritimo have 7 wins on the bounce at home and are unbeaten in 12 at home. Only 5 points behind Benfica and they beat them in the cup last week.
    €10 on Maritimo double chance at 10/11

    Also going with Napoli away to second bottom Novaro. Napoli should have too much up front against a team with only 3 wins all season.

    May I suggest an alternative to backing a team to win? Both teams to score - the prices are pretty good there is no shortage of sides that can't keep a clean sheet.

    Cheers Mike. Will keep that in mind and i will be doing various bets over the course of this log including both teams to score, over 2.5 and handicap bets. All advice welcome
