Sky + Sound distorted

Just wondering if anyone know why this is happening and why. Rang Help but am not the account holder. Looked online and there was a note to say reception was bad due to high winds/ weather. Picture is fine sound is distorted, voices mainly. Very slow kinda like in tv shows where someone is using a voice changer. It is on…

Check the scart leads or whatever you've connected from the box to the tv,could be just a loose cable,especially if the picture is fine.

as above prob a loose scart lead.

Dont forget to reboot..

(plug out for 10 seconds or so and restart the box.)
