Edision Argus mini 2in1 IP box problem

I have an Edision Argus mini 2in1 IP box and when I'm moving up through the channels some channels have only sound no picture. If I then move up another channel and then back down the problem is sorted. Any ideas? Sorry, should have said it's Astra 28.2 E and the usual BBC/ITV etc channels

you are probably scrolling too fast, are you connected via hdmi

Had this problem with mine on bbc hd channels. the fix i used was to select a deferent version of that channel(Different frequency) and replaced the offending one. worked for me. I think it had something to do with the bbc moving around their transponder freqs recently hope this helps
