Delayed picture

I have a standard sky box 2 or 3 years old,the problem is when i swith on both sky and tv it can take 15 to 20 minutes for the picture to come through even though i can hear whats on straight away.If I turn on the tv alone not using sky box theres picture and sound as normal.:confused::confused:

check the connections between the box and tv.

have you changed the scart lead ?

Did you test the cable, swap it with another one, try another device with the same cable, try the setup on another socket on your TV?
