    A1 - 80%
    A2 - 75%
    B1 - 70%
    B2 - 65%
    B3 - 60%
    C1- 55%
    C2 - 50%
    C3 - 45%
    D1 - 40%
    D2 - 35%
    F <35%

So D1 and D2 are compensating fails.

How many compensating fails can we get without having to repeat the modules? Is there a certain amount, or is it just when it becomes mathematically impossible to achieve a QCA of 2.0?

When it becomes mathematically impossible, you have to repeat.
