Can itunes vouchers be used as part payment?

    Just wondering can itunes vouchers be used as a part payment towards apps?

    Im considering buying the TomTom UK & Ireland app (i know theres cheaper & free alternatives but i just like the tomtom app & its interface & usability,lets just say ive 'sampled' the app through another method in the past) but want to know if i buy an itunes voucher can i use the voucher towards the price?
    Its €59.99 at the minute and i will probably get 2 €25 vouchers over the next two weeks,will the balance be then deducted from my credit card?

    Yes, they do work for part payment. I recently used up the last of my gift cards balance and the remaining amount was charged to my CC.

    You don't even need to think of it in terms of part payment. Once you redeem them, iTunes vouchers are prepaid credit on your account. Your credit card won't be charged again until that credit is used up.
