Norwegian Krone account northern Ireland

    Does anyone know how to open a Norwegian Krone account with a UK bank located in Northern Ireland or if this is possible ?

    Just a thought, but I wonder if Northern Bank could help. Although their parent bank, Danske Bank is Danish, Danske also have a subsidiary, Fokus Bank, in Norway.

    And there was I thinking that the only banks that Fok-us were Irish :D

    Thanks for that. Just onto the northern bank they do current accounts I think in most currencies. no interest on them is the only thing.

    Article in FT pointed out that the Norwegian Krone tends to act like a risk on asset as opposed to a safe haven. Normally it traces oil I believe.
