FAO soap opera/reality TV show viewers

    Would you still watch these programmes if there was no good looking people?

    Obviously those that don't like these kind of programmes shouldn't reply or the thread will be full of 'ah sure they're sh!te' replies. ;)

    well im straight and theres usually a 50/50 split of guys and girls on these shows, and then of that percentage of girls theres usually only just one or two that are any way good looking, i just watch them for the cringe/entertainment factor really.

    In fairness the cast of Eastenders are dog rough

    and nobody on the X Factor is particularly attractive either.

    What about Fair City and Eastenders? It's almost like visiting the chamber of horrors watching those shows.

    I could go on. People watch soaps because they like seeing how other people live their lives.

    For me Eastenders is too depressing. Its always over cast, and people are always arguing. Emmerdale used to be great but it went daft. Corrie is still good, so thats what I watch. OP, if you dont like soaps, thats fine, but why start a thread basically mocking people who do?
