Driving from James's Hosp to Drury Park Rite Car Park

I need to drive from St. James's Hospital to Park Rite Car Park, Drury Street across from Brooks Hotel around 5.30pm on Tuesday. Am not sure how to drive due to city driving restrictions at that time. Could anybody help? Many thanks.
