I'd say Mark was out with his mates totally langered acting the langer and then met this ol doll in coppers went back to her gaff done the business with his big langer, realised she was a ganky aul thing like and he had just made a complete langer of himself and got out of there quick time when the lush affect eased off.

maybe its more serious, perhaps it is a kid yes but the kid might not be well and need a donation from a blood relative or something?
