My car is going for paint in the next 2-3weeks, and it's currentl primer so I don't feel the need.

I did get lowering springs for the front though, rather than coilovers. I've nicely adjusted to being able to go over speed bumps at more than 4 mph, lol.

In fairness while I appreciate that it is is not the cheapest price I could have got for a similar year I was trading in a fairly high value vehicle against the golf so had limited options and room for negotiation! It is very low mileage and immaculate all round model so I'm happy out!

Te be very honest I assumed there was some sort of trade in involved alright. They're a beautiful car, well wear.

Tell me about it, spent months looking for a T5 in Ireland but to no avail. Considered importing but the higher residuals on Petrols in UK and 32% VRT put me off. I am very happy though after a year of ownership, but I'm feeling the itch already.. this thread certainly does not help!

Hi, had this for about a month now - great car soon to be remapped when my dealer warranty is up (may get on to Shannon to change my reg ). Near impossible to keep met black exterior/beige interior clean :eek:
