UPC Thomson router and Ipad 2 Connection problems

    Hi,

    A friend of mine has
    Apple TV x 2
    A Powerbook (i think)
    and an Apple Desktop (Haven't a clue which, but it's a year old)

    Running on UPC 100mb.

    His iPad2 Won't connect at all (Afaik), and i have no access to him tonight/tomorrow.

    I haven't seen this router, but i know it's been causing some people some issues.

    Is there anything i can tell him to check, for before i call out to his hous tomorrow evening?
    i.e. Has anyone experienced something similar, and fixed it.

    Just off the phone to him, And We looked for QoS Settings, which turned out to be WMM settings.

    We changed these setting to the ones i added, And his iPad is flying now..
