It's the very same as if you decide you want to murder someone, get absolutely hammered, then go out and kill someone. You'll most likely only get convicted of manslaughter because of the mitigating circumstances of you being drunk.

In legalese terms for a contract to be valid you need an agreement between two parties, there has to be an offer, consideration and acceptance. But both parties must be of sound mind for acceptance of the contract and if it came before a judge you could argue quite successfully that being under the influence of drugs including alcohol, that you were not of sound mind at the time so there was no contract.

Interesting, and appalling. Thanks for pointing that out. My mistake, should have known that common sense wouldn't work in a court room.

Even with Viagra you still have to be sexually stimulated for it to work. The hormone that Viagra aids in releasing, is just a component in male erections. Besides it takes about 30 to 60 minutes for it to work and I seriously doubt Zimbabwean women would have access to that very expensive pill, about 12€ a pop here (legally).

I remember that Russian story, I also remember she denied it and called him a waster or something.

I get your point and agree in principal IMO if you were female I would consider that rape owing to the fact that you were not of sound mind and non responsive. There are incidents of females consenting whilst absolutely hammered and either regretting or forgetting the next morning.

Only issue being that for a lad to get it up and keep it up there has to be some stimulation. So that can come down to a case of impaired judgement leading to sex as opposed to undesired sex. If susan boyle lured me to a bed I'd find it hard to sprout one in order to be mounted.
