    Female Rapists

Zimbabwean police believe there is a nationwide syndicate of women raping men, possibly to use their semen for use in rituals that claim to make people wealthy.
It has taken more than a year for any arrests to be made, and on Monday three women are to go on trial in the capital, Harare, over the allegations which have shocked the country.
One alleged victim, who wished to remain anonymous, gave an account on national television in July of his experience which happened after he was offered a lift by a group of three women in Harare.

"One of the women threw water in my face and they injected me with something that gave me a strong sexual desire," he said.
"They stopped the car and made me have sex with each of them several times, using condoms.
"When they had finished they left me in the bush totally naked.

3x3 = 9 times in probably a few hours
anyone else call BS on that

I think part of the problem is many guys just don't care....

I'll be 100% honest and say that I was date-raped in college. It's a long story; but if the genders were reversed, everyone would agree, it was rape. The funny thing about it was, I didn't much care.

I vaguely remember the night; I woke up hung over in a chick's bed....I remembered enough to know what happened, I got my stuff and left without saying a word. She called me a bunch and said we were 'dating' now. I told her, nope, and ignored her like the plague. Then I went to the doctor's to get checked out.

At worst, I was annoyed at having to go and get tested for an STD or whatever; but I sure as hell didn't trust that skank. She went on to marry some guy and I see she has kids now via Facebook. I don't think she is a bad person; just some lonely/half psycho chick that thought banging a drunk guy would make him her boyfriend. She was also really ugly.

I'm not trying to excuse male on female rape in anyway; but it's weird for me to think about it. If our genders were reversed, nobody would see her as an awkward, lonely chick who wanted a boyfriend - she'd have been a weird, creepy, pervert who raped an innocent girl. And if I had been a girl, and was upset by this and decided to press charges - this girl who seems like a totally normal Mother of two with a loving husband would have gone to jail and been labelled a sex offender.

Scary story, but what is it about females raping males that some people find funny whereas they would be appalled if it was males raping a female.

Perhaps because rape isn't funny whether it's female or male and most female posters would make no bones about saying it. Juding by the posts here most of the male posters find it hilarious or at least worthy of joking about.

It's how society has been conditioned - women are generally not seen as capable of violating men sexually.

In what way were you date raped? Did she spike your drink? Because if you just got really drunk/high on your own accord then that isn't rape. Consent when off your head is still consent. It's the reason that being drunk is not an excuse for committing a crime or anything else really.

Once after about 30 hours of taking a cocktail of illegal, legal and prescription drugs on top of a lot of booze I was taken home and had sex acts performed on me by this girl I had met out. Now my mates had told me I was verbally "non responsive" and had great difficult with basic tasks and motor functions, I remember very little from the whole episode except for waking up next to this girl both naked with signs that sexual activity had taken place. Was I raped? Genuine question!

Legally they can't in Ireland. I do not know the laws of Zimbabwe.

Someone that's "off their head" is not capable of giving consent. If you ever pull someone and are bringing them home to get giggy and drink is involved make sure the person isn't completely hammered. Granted 9 times out of ten you'll be grand, but it only takes one time for you to get yourself into some serious crap.

Ritual thus: Steal semen, inject in Zimbabwean woman's minge piece, wait 8 months, purchase ticket to dublin, claim child benefit.

    You are now wealthy.

Not nay more. They have no legal basis to stay on the basis of the Child. Citizenship laws changed in 2005.

It's not clear from your post whether you wanted it or not or whether you even knew what was going on. Take the genders out of it. Taking advantage of somebody who is so drunk/stoned that they can't consent or say no, is clearly very wrong. I think - if you can't consent, it's rape.

Sorry I should say if the person is passed out it's rape.

But no matter how drunk a person is once they give consent that's legal.

You would think that alright, but there was a case a few years ago where a girl was so drunk that the court decided she was incapable of giving consent and found the guy guilty of sexual assault.

If in doubt, don't do it.

Male and female rape are fare from the same. Forcing sex on a female involves penetration which is very invasive. Forcing sex on a male is not invasive at all. Irish law does not even recognise it as a rape.

That's what I was trying to say. If you can give consent, it doesn't matter how drunk you are you weren't raped.

    That's truly shocking.
But this is probably the greatest info surrounding all this.

Before you book your tickets, Zimbabwe has the 5th highest rate of HIV in the world at 15%.
Although, they did use a condom.

No pajunior, the girl was very, very drunk, it was alleged that she gave consent and the court ruled that given how intoxicated she was, she was in no condition to give consent so no consent was given.

It's the very same as if you decide you want to murder someone, get absolutely hammered, then go out and kill someone. You'll most likely only get convicted of manslaughter because of the mitigating circumstances of you being drunk.

In legalese terms for a contract to be valid you need an agreement between two parties, there has to be an offer, consideration and acceptance. But both parties must be of sound mind for acceptance of the contract and if it came before a judge you could argue quite successfully that being under the influence of drugs including alcohol, that you were not of sound mind at the time so there was no contract.

Male rape by a female is an urban male fantasy myth, many a time I have walked past a bunch of wimmins down a dark alley and a lonely park and cried "rape rape", hopilly, but it never happened.

The thing about male coitus rape, if you are not aroused it wont happen, its not that automatic.

Being aroused has nothing to do with giving consent.
