    Hi,

Just wondering if it is possible for me to set up sky in my room separate from my moms one? She has multiroom already but has no phoneline so thats one the reasons i want to go separate because they will probably charge her also the dish is all the way on the other side of the house away from my room so thats alot of cable! Also rather have my own bill to save on arugements! Is it possible?

    Thanks:)

It is possible to do it,just change the address ever so slightly when you sign up (so the postman can still find you with your Sky card).
Sky don't allow 2 accounts at one address but this is a sneaky way around it.;)

So, I priced getting my own sky set up, works out at €116 for installtion and no phone line fee  then €33 pm for Entertainment Extra.. I then priced adding another box onto my moms multiroom which would cost €66 installation and €15pm.. Big difference in the long run, so I was "planning" on how to get away from the whole oh we have no phone line because I don't want to get my mom dragged into it, so I thought on the day to come to install it id say "oh our phone is broken we are waiting for an engineer it will be next week" :p What do ye think :pac:
