I sleep... 4 nights a week at the moment? On average, get to sleep at around 3, wake up at 5. Not out of lack of desire to sleep, I just can't. Its bloody terrible. So in the end I usually give up and go play pokemon or something.

So for all you insomniacs out there it's just three more sleeps until Christmas

Usually go to sleep around 12ish and up again at 8 for work. On weekends it all depends on what I'm doing!

Sleeping pattern changing to going to sleep at round 2 and up again by 8...the joys of a student facing into study week before my finals :(

I always wonder how insomniacs live their lives?

Is it a case of do your normal day then lie in bed - sleep for an hour get up and repeat?

I'd be like a zombie if that was the case.

Bed at 2 up at 10:30. Maybe up earlier depending on working hours. Night after night I say I'll go earlier in future

I used to be the same. But I've got my sister staying with me for a while and she's keeps me up late :(

    Go on...

Do my normal day, then either sleep my hour a night, or play video games/watch tv program's all night, rinse and repeat. Although, if I hadn't this insomnia, I'd never have watched gossip girl. So :D

got to bed anywhere from 12:30-02:00 and then up at 07:57

Feel tired all day. Leave work around 6ish. Snooze on the bus home from work. Rinse and repeat.

If I went to bed any earlier I'd feel like all I did was work, and I also feel like I'm missing out on stuff if I go before 12am

I fall asleep around 3 am usually and wake up anywhere between 7 and 10 depending on if I am working.
