BOI Visa Debit Cards

Does anyone have any info on these? Are they available to customers yet? Was thinking about going to my branch tomorrow and enquiring about them. Don't want a credit card, and am pretty limited with my laser. I read that they were to be made available in the 2nd half of this year? Thanks in advance.
