Buying phones from Amazon

I've been looking for a while now for a QWERTY keyboard android phone under €200 and I've settled on the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro. I went in to Carphone Warehouse today to buy it but it was only available on O2. I'm with 3 so I was saying to the guy that I'd probably be getting it unlocked. Fair play to him, he told me that Samsung phones experience a lot of problems when they've been unlocked and didn't recommend doing it, that I should try and find one online.

So low and behold I've found what I THINK is an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Y Pro on Amazon. I've gone through the motions up to check out and no notification came up to tell me that they couldn't deliver to my address. Is it safe to go ahead with it? Will it work over here? There doesn't seem to be that much tech specs on the page and there are no reviews.
