As bad & all as the TNA Impact game was I always thought multiplayer was good craic. The graphics were so good because they used the Unreal engine for the game.

Which version of WWE 12 will be better, xbox360 or playstation 3? I know it's essentially the same game but there might be differences in graphics, playability or even how well it plays on xbox live/playstation network?

there's normally no difference except for that the create a wrestler on the xbox often allows for a lot more layers than on PS3. not sure about this year's though.

WOOP!

Just arrived early from Gamestop website.

The Rock character is actually just a small little thing on the case cover. The code for him is inside the case as just a normal bit of dlc with a new game. It appears the whole Blu-Ray big "Great One" edition must have just been an american thing.

Might call my local Gamestop and see have they got it in Stock. They probably should if it's gonna be on sale tomorrow at 9am.

They ALWAYS have them in stock at least the day before. Stands have to be up for 9am sure. They'd never sell it to you though.

Only reason I have mine now is because they sent it by nightline instead of An Post. Took 24 hours instead of 2-5 working days.

They will have it in stock, just not be able to sell it until tomorrow.
Same as my local HMV, they have any dvds/games/cds on the shelves for tomorrow morning this afternoon with stickers over the front "Not available for purchase until friday..."

240mb update downloaded.
Installed onto HDD.
Currently downloading my DLC after buying the Fan Axxess. I wish there was just a download all feckin' option.

First thoughts? Menu needs background music. Game intro is fantastic. Feels like an actual show.

Loading times feel a lot faster.
Blood is turned OFF by default.
Theres icons scrolling across the bottom of the screen to show the top most downloaded items from the community creations. Thats awesome.
Theres at least 25 championships there, with just the basics unlocked. Unlockables as far as the eye can see. This games looks huge for creativity already.
Diva's and Cruiserweight and ECW championship here.

People have already made:

Air Boom's titantron as a highlight reel
Impact arena
Jericho, Hardy, Goldberg, Hogan

Can't confirm or deny Booker T's final model atm, need to unlock him. ALL legends need to be unlocked.
You can have Ricardo Rodriguez as a manager.
They will never make the teeth look normal in this game.

No tutorial at all. Some brief text in the Options if you want it but thats it.
Terrible decision IMO, especially given the gameplay changes. Struggled through a match as Sheamus but eventually got the hang of it. Its still going on easy for a while though.

I havent prebooked yet, was going to later on today when i trade in Sonic Generations and was hoping im not too late for the preorder rock.

But i was just thinking about it, I plan on shelling out for the axxess pack, I'm wondering does it include the rock just incase i'm not able to get the preorder edition at this stage...

All you get is The Rock.

Playing through Road to Wrestlemania atm. Looks like you have to play through all 3 in order. 'Villian' story as Sheamus is first. Done pretty well cinematic wise, but the voiceovers are hit and miss.

I've wanted to chuck my controller at the screen already with the bloody reversals.
