Where is dave gone?

Channel 111 and some others appear to have gone missing on my sky box.
Have sky changed these around or whats the story?

When I say missing, I dont mean that its telling me to subscribe or anything. It cannot be selected at all - 109/110/111 now dont exist on my sky box nyway
