Who needs an IQ when you have Emotional Intelligence... right, my dearies? :o

I'm 151, got accepted to mensa a few years ago, cancelled my membership after a year. Pointless club, you have to pay for it and all you get is bragging rights
High IQ isn't as impressive as it should be. I still don't have super powers. However if you need a logic puzzle/sudoku solved freakishly fast- Boom

High enough for Mensa anyway. Really wouldn't be arsed with paying to join such a club.

Can't remember exactly but around the 70 mark I think. You'd think a thing like that'd be free. I'd have settled for tax exemptions either :) After all, I do so much good for this world with my gigantic brain...

You've to pay to join? People actually pay money just to say they are a member of a high IQ society? Wow I've just learnt a whole new level of arrogance. Thank you kind stranger!

I used to be good at them IQ type tests when i was in school, i'd nearly be afraid to do one now. Anyway, i wouldnt want to be part of a club that would have me as a member

I know it's crap and all but is there anywhere you can take a "real" IQ test? I've always enjoyed the ones I've done on the internet and that and would ilke to compare them to a "real" one.

    mines counting down now...

Last time I took an IQ test I encountered many problems. For instance, one of the multiple choice questions related to patterns was impossible for me to solve, because I could see 3 different patterns that would make 3 different answers correct.

Needless to say, I have zero respect for IQ now.

I really don't care what my IQ is, it's not going to make any difference to my life knowing it. From what I can see, some people find out their IQ just to use as a weapon, "I win the argument because my IQ according to that hugely reputable online test is 165, so there" type thing. :)

As long as I'm in triple digits, I'm happy.

But the average in Ireland is 92, so chances are it's not triple digits.

Never taken a proper test but mine is 134 according to the one on Facebook. Would like to do a proper one some day.

I was called for a mensa test and scored 136.

That means on a standard IQ test you got 126. Mensa mark it differently so whenever they say their IQ its always 10 points above what it really is.

I don't know what mine is now, but my head's sore, so it must be astronomical.
