Sandstone cills & lintels prices

Hi, we are about to start our self build by direct labour. Ive been pricing Sandstone cills & lintels, so far ive got a difference of 5k in the quotes- is this possible?:confused: I also want to quote a dye render company, anyone got any recommendations?
