embedding album art into mp3

Hi gang, I have 100's of mp3 albums and each album folder has its own album art work. i can embed the art work into each mp3 album one by one but im wondering if there was an easier way to do this so that lets say i highlight all the albums and it embeds the album art work to each mp3 in each album folder. any help much…

download iart see here the free demo is ok.. what it does is uses your itunes library of songs and finds cover art automatically from either google amazon or a specified folder..
