    You know what f*cks me off about this and the banks and all the financial scandals... on sites and in work we used to be haunted by people checking for helath and safety, compliance with tax and social welfare, a week wouldnt go by when there wasn't someone checking something for the small beer that going on...but yet the boys in suits with the their fingers in people's futures were left to get on with it and even when they were checked up on they still managed to hoodwink those doing the checking up.

    I think they should limit child benefit to the first 3 kids ( I think they limit it to the first 2 in the UK if I am not mistaken?)

    CA should be provided by means of additional dole payments or through a tax credit per child...fook this means testing lark, they can't keep up with the people being means tested for SW.
