    The magician is talking sense. People have unrealistic expectations. Did they think (in a country over run with kids) that it wouldn't be packed to the gills?

    I'm surprised the organisers aren't planting their own callers at this stage.

    People are idiots.

    Thats the moral of this story. To compound their stupidity they call a national radio show to moan after some of them had received free tickets

    Is there a lack of advertisers on the show lately?

    Constant plugging of RTE Junior and other services no-one listens to.

    And no sponsor for Liveline for a while now, either.

    Ongoing for months now Skid as far as I've noticed...I'd be willing to bet that the rates to run ads haven't come down an iota and all they can get now is in-house and national concert orchestra stuff... oh and TV licence stuff.
    Licence cost hike incoming.

    Who would want their company associated with the daily 1 hour 15 minutes of whinging, negativity, moaning and "funny friday" that is liveline? The Samaratans possibly?
