Some channels on Freesat not being received

Hi folks, I have a bog-standard $ky box in the living room connected to one of their dishes that has a quad LNB attached. Just to update. Managed to tune in 4HD today as 21200, they must have finished tinkering with it. Signal and quality 100%, excellent picture and sound.
